Dil Bechara – Disney + Hotstar

Dil Bechara is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language coming-of-age romantic drama film which is the directorial debut of Mukesh Chhabra. Based on John Green’s 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars, it stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Saif Ali Khan and debutante Sanjana Sanghi, and was initially titled Kizie Aur Manny.

Filming commenced on 9 July 2018 in Jamshedpur. The film’s release has been postponed multiple times, due to post-production delays and then again due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India. It will release on 24 July 2020 on Disney+ Hotstar.

Shakuntala Devi: The Human Computer – Amazon Prime Video

Shakuntala Devi is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language biographical film directed and written by Anu Menon and produced by Sony Pictures Networks India and Vikram Malhotra under his banner Abundantia Entertainment. The film stars Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, who was also known as the “human computer” along with Jisshu Sengupta, Sanya Malhotra, and Amit Sadh.

The film was scheduled to be theatrically released in India on 8 May 2020, Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will not be released theatrically and will stream worldwide on 31 July 2020 on Prime Video.

Laxmmi Bomb – Disney + Hotstar

Laxmmi Bomb is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language comedy horror film written and directed by Raghava Lawrence in his Hindi directorial debut. It is a remake of the Tamil movie Muni 2: Kanchana and stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film will not be released theatrically and It will stream worldwide on 15 August 2020 on Disney+ Hotstar.

Bhuj: The Pride Of India – Disney + Hotstar

Bhuj: The Pride of India is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language war action film directed, co-produced and written by Abhishek Dudhaiya.

Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, it is about the life of IAF Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, the then in-charge of the Bhuj airport who and his team reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 local women.

The film features Ajay Devgn as Karnik, along with Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, and Pranitha Subhash.

After announcing the film on 19 March 2019, it was confirmed that the true incident shown in the film is one of India’s most fascinating war-related stories.

Principal photography began in late June 2019, and it was shot in Hyderabad, Kutch, Bhopal, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Kolkata.

Khuda Haafiz is an upcoming Indian 2020 Indian Hindi-language romantic action thriller film directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.

Shiddat – Disney + Hotstar

Shiddat: Journey Beyond Love is an Indian 2020 upcoming Hindi language romantic drama film directed by Kunal Deshmukh and produced by T-Series and Maddock Films. Featuring Radhika Madan, Sunny Kaushal, Mohit Raina, and Diana Penty, the film was announced on 16 May 2019 and principal photography commenced in November 2019; it is slated for a 2020 release.

Breathe: Into the Shadows is an Indian crime drama thriller web television series created and directed by Mayank Sharma and bankrolled by Abundantia Entertainment for Prime Video as a sequel series for 2018 series Breathe.
